• Proper Use: All Products must be used strictly in accordance with the safety instructions provided on the product packaging, labels, or enclosed leaflets.

• Reed Diffusers:

  • Keep reed diffusers out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not ingest diffuser liquids.

  • Keep diffuser liquid away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

  • Diffuser oils may damage, stain, or mark polished, painted, or wooden surfaces if spilled. Clean up spills immediately.

• Fragrances & Body Products:

  • Perform a patch test before using topical natural fragrances or body oils if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or skin sensitivity occurs.

  • Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have existing medical conditions sensitive to essential oils.

C. Disclaimer of Medical / Therapeutic Claims

• Our Products are intended solely for personal, cosmetic, or home fragrancing purposes. Statements made on this Site regarding natural ingredients, essential oils, or aromatherapy benefits are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Leaking Items: Diffuser oils and fragrance bottles are delicate glass items. If your shipment arrives damaged or leaking, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@endless-forest.com with photos of the damaged Product and packaging so we can issue a replacement or refund.
